Kerry Doyle

LLB BSc

Kerry joined us as a Graduate and has recently been admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland. Kerry practices predominately in litigation with a focus on both commercial dispute resolution and deceased estates litigation. Kerry has experience with matters involving:

• debt recovery, from small claims for individuals to large company claims;
• working with companies to negotiate commercial outcomes;
• acting for beneficiaries of deceased estates;
• acting for family members excluded from provision of a deceased estate; and
• investigating executor conduct and making removal applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (University of Queensland).
Bachelor of Laws (Queensland University of Technology).
Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (College of Law).
Admitted to Supreme Court of Queensland 2011.

Interests

Kerry enjoys cooking, travelling, swimming and music festivals.
