Elisha Bale

LLB (Hons)

Elisha practises in the Property industry with particular focus on commercial and residential property transactions.  She was recently admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and her practice extends to:

• acting for developers in vacant land and unit developments, including negotiating put and call option agreements.
• acting for purchasers buying ‘off-the-plan’ and negotiating amendments to contract documentation.
• acting for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial property.
• advising on and ensuring compliance with the Property Agent and Motor Dealers Act, Land Sales Act, Body Corporate and Community Management Act and other consumer protection legislation such as the Australian Consumer Laws.
• acting for landlords and tenants in relation to commercial and retail leasing.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours), Queensland University of Technology)
Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, College of Law
Admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2011

Elisha enjoys spending time with her family, travel, netball and dining out.
