Ben Holt

BA LLB (Hons)

Ben Holt is a Senior Associate of Broadley Rees Hogan’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Ben is experienced in handling a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters and his work includes:

• contractual disputes;
• building and construction disputes;
• property and leasing disputes;
• corporate and personal insolvency matters;
• trade practices litigation;
• employment disputes; and
• planning & environment litigation.

Ben has been appointed to the Queensland Law Society referral panel for Building and Construction Industry Payment Act matters.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts/Laws (Honours), University of Queensland
Admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland 2003
Admitted in the High Court of Australia July 2004
